About the Company
House Coffee is a family run coffee shop based in the lovely & vibrant community of Coleham, just on the outskirts of Shrewsbury Town Centre priding ourselves in offering great coffee, cakes and brunch! We constantly work together with our team to maintain high levels of customer service and focus on providing the best experience possible.
Now in our 9th year of business we are looking to grow our team by adding a Saturday Support Team Member with a focus on pot washing. We are looking for a hardworking, driven individual.
About the Role
Duties to include:
• Kitchen pot wash - Washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure all departments have the required equipment
• Assist with FoH Duties as required including taking food to tables
• Ensuring all equipment is cleaned to company standard and put away correctly
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
Desired skills for the role:
• Experience of working in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
• Be able to work under pressure
• Professional, presentable and with good time management and reliability
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
